Ingredeints:
320 g. corned beef
2 potatoes cut into cubes
1 chopped onion
2 pcs. minced garlic
1 tbsp. oil
iodized salt (not needed in canned corned beef)
Procedure:
- on a pan, saute garlic and onion
- Add the cubed potatoes
- Add the corned beef
- Season to taste.
Serve with rice
