The tilapia is a part of Christian mythology since the fish caught by the apostle Peter in Matthew 17:27 is believed to have been a tilapia.
Ingredients:
1 kg. tilapia
1/4 kg pechay
1 mug of coconut milk (kakang gata)
4 g. ground black pepper
1 chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp. iodized salt

(optional)
Procedure:
- On a pan, saute' garlic and onion then add tilapia.
- Add pechay and seasonings.
- Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the coconut milk and let it boil for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat
Serve with rice
