Sardines is good if does not contain too much preservatives. - milkfish - 200 gram size
- tomato sauce - 8 tablespoons
- cooking oil - 4 tbsp
- salt - 1 teaspoon
- Monosodium glutamate - 1/3 teaspoon (optional)
- finely ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp slices
- Chili to add spice
- Clean the fish, remove its scale
- Cut the fish according to size you want
- Rid of dark wrapped inside the abdomen. Wash and drain.
- Clean and dry the can
- Arrange the fish inside the can
- Place all ingredients inside the can
- Set the heat to 240'F for one and a half hours.
- Do not over cooked, put away the the fish from the can when cooked.
- Transfer to a jar and preserve
