How to make sardines

Sardines is good if does not contain too much preservatives. It is a good source of omega 3 which is good for the heart. good thing to know that you don't have to avoid these food if you worry about preservatives because it is so easy too make a home-made sardines. Enjoy the goodness and delicious taste of sardines, make one for your family! Ingredients:

  • milkfish - 200 gram size
  •  tomato sauce - 8 tablespoons 
  • cooking oil - 4 tbsp 
  • salt - 1 teaspoon
  •  Monosodium glutamate - 1/3 teaspoon (optional)
  •  finely ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp slices 
  • Chili to add spice 
Procedure in Making Home-Made Sardines:

  •  Clean the fish, remove its scale
  •  Cut the  fish according to size you want
  •  Rid of dark wrapped inside the abdomen. Wash and drain.
  •  Clean and dry the can
  •  Arrange the fish inside the can
  •   Place all ingredients inside the can
  •   Set the heat to 240'F for one and a half hours.
  •   Do not over cooked, put away the the fish from the can when cooked.
  • Transfer to a jar and preserve
  • Serve
